UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
Please upload PDF or JPG format only.
Do not submit a picture of a picture.
Please make sure your file is correct and in proper format. File shouldn’t be larger than 50MB in size.
Artwork setup: VERY IMPORTANT
1. Setup artwork with 1/8″ bleeds.
IE: if the finished size is supposed to be 3.5″ x 2″, make sure your file is 3.75″ x 2.25″. A 2-page PDF is preferred. Page 1 is the front, Page 2 is the back. For the UV 1 side option, page 1 of the PDF will be the side that gets UV coating.
2. Setup your files to be CMYK.
We will not be responsible for color shifts if there are any PMS colors or RGB colors in your file. PMS colors are known to do erratic things when converted to CMYK and when transparencies are present.
3. Make sure all of your images are at least 300 dpi.
Any resolution lower than 300 dpi will produce results that may not be “acceptable”
4. Accepted files: .PDF
Any files received that do not meet this criteria will result in order cancellation or additional charges for file corrections and mandatory Proofs.
