Web Business Upgrade (KUPA)

The project manager actually picked up the phone when I called, which never happens with these kinds of upgrades. Having the full text content written out for all five pages saved me a weekend of staring at a blank screen, and the analytics setup was done before I even asked for a status update.

Didn’t have to chase anyone for updates this time—the project manager handled everything and the full text content write-up for all five pages saved me a ton of time. Analytics were set up without me asking twice, which I appreciate.

Speaking directly to the project manager made the whole process painless, and having the analytics set up from day one meant I could actually see where my traffic was coming from. The full text content they wrote for each of the five pages saved me weeks of staring at a blank screen.
