BIC Quick Dry White Out

The white-out goes on smooth without any clumping, and it really does dry fast enough to write over within seconds. I've been using it on handwritten notes all week and the corrections are barely noticeable.

I was skeptical about the "quick dry" part, but it really does dry fast enough to write over within seconds. The pinpoint tip makes fixing small print mistakes way easier than the old correction tape I was using.

I make a lot of typos at work and this white out dries fast enough that I'm not sitting there waiting to write over it. The correction is clean too, no smudging or see-through marks on the page.
